NCR Provides Boost to CradlePoint

In a moved designed to extend its reach to better serve customers in various locations around the world,  CradlePoint, www.cradlepoint.com, has enlisted the help of NCR Corp., www.ncr.com, to expand its field services and global support capabilities.

To make this happen, NCR is going to aid CradlePoint’s 3G and 4G cloud-managed solutions with onsite installation, hardware maintenance, and remote-monitoring services originating from its Telecom & Technology line of business. CradlePoint’s market reach will grow thanks to the availability of more than 13,000 NCR badged service professionals and global service centers at their disposal.
