Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation of a registration must be made in writing and mailed or faxed to Specialty Publishing Co.

Cancellations post-marked or faxed prior to Feb. 1, 2010 will be refunded in full, less a $75 processing fee.

Cancellations post-marked or faxed prior to March 1, 2010 will receive a 50% refund, less a $75 processing fee.

Cancellations post-marked on March 1, 2010 or later will receive no refund.

Substituting a different person (i.e., a colleague or a new registrant) is acceptable when changes are faxed to
